Washing Machine is widely used in building materials industries for washing, grading . The Washing Sand machine using advanced technology, and combined with the actual situation industry developed a highly efficient washing sand equipment . The machine is idea for clearing sand from sand and sludge so that the procedure yield better quality for aggregate of ready mixing concrete .
Washing sand machine of this type of motor and gear reducer drive the impeller circumferential rotational in the sink, which will sink in the sand or sludge particulate material was stirred in water, flip, panning and by water discharged after dehydration in impeller.
The Feature :
1. Simple structure, stable operation, low power consumption, suitable for a variety of work conditions;
2. Bearing and water, sand sludge separately, to avoid damage caused by the machine due to pollution rust phenomenon;
3. Washable material loss of small, high washing efficiency can fully meet the requirements of high-grade materials;
4. Processing capacity, long service life, less wearing parts, and a small amount of maintenance, and low cost.
