Computerized Control System for Asphalt Plant
More 30 years experience in the automation engineering , We had designed and manufactured the computerized control system of the concrete batching plant for ready mix concrete and Asphalt mixing plant , also other industry automation such as Sludge Mixing & Solidification Plant etc. In the Asphalt Mixing Plant , both process control and operating function are programmed into “ software “ in order to avoid complex electronic circuit (boards) and reduce the possibility of hardware shut down . The hardware of control system is based on both Industrial Personal Computer ( IPC ) and industrial interface modules ( I/O modules ) .

The control panel is also equipped with the various temperature controllers ( PID & on/off controlling function) , weighing indicators ,differential pressure gauges , dampers opening display and various push buttons .
The data processing of production function are available such as production report , daily report , monthly report .
