The CSTP series is Semi - Tower type batching plant which designed for mass scale production capacity and low investment cost . The aggregate weighing shall be applied two weighing hoppers , both are built-in the bottom of aggregate storage bin . The weighed aggregate is transported by one inclined belt conveyor to aggregate waiting hopper which the hopper is on the top of mixer to wait for mixing of the next batching .The aggregate storage bin is huge holding capacity so that reducing wheel loader directly unloading from truck and saving space for aggregate moving problem .
This model batching plant is specially suitable for below site conditions .
- Aggregate delivery to batching plant is difficult ( as long distant traffic ) .
- Aggregate delivery is road transport .
- Site space is not enough .
- The plant layout can be according to any site condition .
