Mortar Mix Gravels processing :
After the sand weighed is completed, the first discharge is carried out by the main inclined belt to the waiting hopper (or call waiting mixing hopper ), and the sand to the waiting tank is immediately put into the mixing machine, and the powders (cement 、fly ash、slag ), water and additive are discharged according to the original normal discharge sequence processing . The mixer will mix these materials within several seconds become into the mortar. After the sand material is discharged from the sand weighing hopper, the gravels (stone) material is discharged after a few seconds after the completion of the discharging from the sand weighing hopper. The stone material is discharged from the main tilt to be conveyed to the waiting hopper. The stone put into the mixer from the waiting hopper, mortar with stone to mix together. If the mortar has not been formed, the stone needs to be waited in the waiting hopper and the mortar is formed, and then the stone is mixed to form fresh concrete.
