The Cone crusher is widely used in metallurgy & mining industry, building materials industry, road construction industry, and suitable for crushing various kinds of ore and rock of medium and above medium hardness.
This crusher is suitable for middle and fine crushing ( secondary crushing ) . Normally , The crusher is used for secondary crushing of the Limestone , cobblestone etc. . The output size (13 ~ 30mm ) is depend on applied model of the crusher .
The machine has characteristics of great crushing force, high efficiency, large handling capacity, low action cost, easy adjustment and economical usage.
The input material will be fed in via the top of the cone crusher flows over the mantle while the vertical cone crusher drive shaft rotates the mantle. The mantle performs eccentric movements under the concave (also called bowl liner), so squeezing & crushing the material between the mantle and concave. After several times of squeezing, impact and bending, the material will be crushed into required size and discharged through the bottom. In general, a cone crusher runs on V-belts driven by an electric motor . Extensive application of Cone crusher in aggregate and mineral processing industries.
